Breaking Barriers: School to Work Transitions Program
This project was developed in conjunction with local councils, state governments, the construction industry, and high schools, offering a holistic approach to preparing young women in grades 10 to 12 transitioning from high school to careers in the construction industry.
The funds received for this program will provide the following outcomes over a twelve month period:
Engage, educate, empower, and provide employment opportunities for our next generation in the construction industry
Create an ecosystem which includes schools, the community, and the construction industry
