Awesome Women in Construction (AWIC) are excited to be holding our fourth annual awards in October 2025. These awards will provide the platform for all awesome women in construction to be recognised for the contribution they make to this industry every single day.

Sue-Ann is a respected leader in Queensland’s construction industry, with over 30 years of executive experience across construction, news, and media. She currently serves as Deputy CEO of Master Builders Queensland, Chair of Construction Skills Queensland, and a Board member of QLeave. She is widely recognised for her advocacy and thought leadership in skills development and workforce training, championing initiatives that empower individuals and strengthen industry capability. She is also a firm believer that women play a vital role in filling the skills gap in the construction industry.
