The American not-for-profit organisation, This One’s For The Gals, was founded to help inform girls in years K-12 about the career opportunities available to them in non-traditional and male-dominated occupations, such as construction.

AWIC Founder and CEO Amanda Bulow was recently featured in the ‘Women In Industry’ series, and talked about her journey to having a successful career in construction and, founding AWIC to support other women in the industry.
