Training and Development Manager
Proactively identify learning requirements, through strong consultation and relationship building by liaising with internal and external stakeholders. Scoping learning needs and business requirements, and designing and developing interventions to address those needs. Design, develop, implement and manage on an ongoing basis, the safety and compliance and technical training frameworks and other organisational learning programs. Analysis, design, development and rollout of training courses that support the business’ outcomes and adheres to adult learning principles. Developing, updating and maintaining all blended learning materials and processes associated with learning and development interventions and activities. Collaborating within the team to develop and maintain the organisational learning calendar.
