Technicians are responsible for the assembly, modification, installation and repair of hardware in specific areas including Mechanic, Structures, Avionics/Electrical and Composites. Technicians are required to Perform work accurately and to a high standard, according to drawings, procedures, specifications, and instructions and to check work after completion of each operation in job and/or completed job to ensure it is complete per drawing.

Responsibilities:
1. Perform work accurately and to a high standard, according to drawings, procedures, specifications, and instructions
2. Use various equipment and mechanical tools without instruction
3. Collaborate with engineers to develop and document activities 4. Fabricate, repair, and assemble hardware/equipment needed
5. Ensure all services are performed in a safe manner and follow WHS procedures

Skills & Experinece:
Experience using power tools, hand tools, and calibrated tooling
Exceptional time management, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to rapidly change roles/responsibilities while working in a fast-paced, challenging work environment
Work efficiently in a team environment
