State / Regional Sales Manager
Responsible for the management of the State Sales team, selling in numerous product divisions. Key responsibilities include: Directly responsible for the leadership & management of the State Sales Team. Responsible for setting and tracking monthly and quarterly KPI’s. Preparation of weekly reports to the CEO & Qld GM and end-of-week communication to the sales team. Development & implementation of the sales team KPIs. Creating sales targets through goal setting. Developing strategies and plans to improve results and leading the sales teams to ensure they are achieving their individual targets.
