As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be hands-on, working closely with all members of the team– from concept to completion. Lead in the design division by coordinating resources to achieve client satisfaction and results in projects – covering all aspects of interior design, architectural and coordination of services drawings / engineering. This would incorporate presenting designs to clients and ensuring that designs are adhered to and client satisfaction is upheld – at the same time upholding margin within the project. Execute full design process, from initial sketch through start of production. Develop Concept, Design Development Tender and Construction Documents. Prepare design specifications, CAD drawings, budget and bid preparations and general interior design activities. Produce mood, material and design presentations.
