Senior Executive / Personal Assistant
A Senior Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant acts as the primary point of contact, providing a high level of professionalism and customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include: Providing comprehensive and confidential support and personal assistant functions to executives. Management of workflows to ensure milestones are met and work is prioritised. Research and analyse information to prepare correspondence, reports, agendas and minuties and monitor follow-up actions. Coordiate the meeting support function for Leadership Team and statutory meetings, including preparation and management of official documents. Development of organistational practices, providing guidance and support to staff on administrative processes and procedures.
