Produce high quality tender and quote documents, ensuring compliance with industry best practice, company standards and client requirements. Interpreting drawings, plans & specifications to provide clarity and de-risk projects, articulating what has been allowed for in detail. Providing clear detail quantity take offs. Coordinating the measurement, pricing and comparative analysis of assigned projects. Assisting in the development and research of estimating and costing. Maintaining and update various software proformas. Monitor progress, requisition change orders, identifying potential risks. Work with the Procurement team to obtain external information for estimating purposes in the form of budget prices and vendor data and equipment and contractor services.
