Senior / Corporate Receptionist
The focus of this role is to provide front-of-house support and office support backup when required. On a day-to-day basis you can expect the role to include: Providing reception cover throughout the day, incoming call management, meeting and greeting clients and stakeholders, management of meeting room bookings, assisting with client and employee events, arranging refershments and catering as required for client and other meetings and events, eensuring stationery, office and kitchen supplies are maintained, engaging and/or dealing with suppliers/contractors, end of month billing, banking and deliveries and file maintenance.
