As a Senior Contract Administrator, you will work closely with the delivery team to ensure the commercial objectives of the project are met or exceeded and entitlements are reached. Working closely with Project Managers and Project Engineers, you will lead the subcontractor tender process and all financial and contractual aspects associated with the subcontract. You will develop and implement procurement strategies, including the procurement and management of sub-contractor packages with a focus on cost minimisation, variations, reporting and administration. This will involve reviewing and processing progress claims, variations and closing out final accounts, a well as reporting an forecasting for the project.
