The Senior Architect role is focused on leading projects from concept to delivery whilst collaborating with Senior Leaders. You will be expected to liaise with and coordinate team members, clients, consultants, builders and other relevant stakeholders to ensure projects are running smoothly. You may also be responsible for: overseeing the design process from concept to completion and work in a hands-on capacity whilst reviewing the teams drawings. Overseeing day-to-day client project relationship management. Reporting on project performance and variations to the project scope. Preparing tender and bid responses.
