Sales Representative / Consultant
As a Sales Consultant the primary focus is to sell new homes by generating and managing potential sales leads. Responsibilities include: Meeting & greeting customers. Making sure the display homes are of high presentation. Qualifying potential customers house requirements / budgets and presenting options from the company’s range of project home designs. Managing leads and maintaining effective customer relationships. Creating and maintaining a detailed client database. Completing the sales process from initial contact to contract documentation. Working with a network of property developers and real estate agents. Reporting back to the Sales Manager with information relating to current market trends and customer feedback.
