Quality Assurance Manager
As a QA Manager you would be tasked with managing quality across the whole site, ensuring all standards are met at the highest level. Responsibilities may include: Lead the site’s quality function to ensure effective operation and performance. Develop, maintain and implement the site Quality Management System. Manage the Quality Assurance team using coaching, developing, delegation and recognition to ensure they have the capability to meet performance goals. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements. Identify issues and risks through internal, external and third-party audits and develop Quality Improvement Plans for the site. Understanding customers’ requirements and key drivers, pro-actively responding to customer feedback.
