The QA Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that products meet thresholds of acceptability. This role will also plan, direct and coordinate quality assurance programs and formulate quality control policies. Provide leadership around quality assurance, operational risk management and continuous improvement approaches for the site serviced. Assisting in the development and review of policies and procedures. Build relationships with commercial customers with the aim of resolution of escalations and concerns. Working with the business on any new initiatives that impact on Commercial Quality.
