The Project Manager is responsible and accountable for the overall performance of a project. As a Project Manager you will be responsible for the management of allocated build projects. In a project management position, you may be tasked with: Preparing tender specifications and evaluating tenders received. Supervise, manage and control project works. Manage project progress and expenditure. Work with design staff in producing practical designs for construction. Deliver projects on time and within budget. At times may be required to assist the Estimating Department in tendering for works.
