Manage construction planning, programming and completion schedules. Effectively manage and monitor construction performance and progress. Work closely with the projects team to ensure timely delivery of programme requirements from a cost and time perspective. Significant input in implementing and managing project quality systems. Onsite assistance when required for quality outcomes. Assist with procurement, quote requests and supplier management. Subcontractor management. Cost control. Maintain and apply all relevant standards and policies.
