The role of Production Supervisor would be responsible for the organisation of the production areas and the execution of the production schedule.  The role also provides leadership and direction to the production operators to ensure compliance with all production, quality and safety procedures. Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership, direction and organisation to the production personnel. Plan allocation of labour to execute the production schedule. Conduct production team meetings as required. Report on production performance and exceptions in the daily production meeting. Contribute to identifying and implementing improvements. Liaise effectively with other site personnel as required.
