An Operations Manager is responsible for developing, establishing and implementing the strategic direction and objectives, including the annual operational plan and annual budget. Driving a safety culture and implementing safety processes and systems to ensure consistently safe delivery of work. Contributing to setting the business strategic priorities and delivering on these priorities to operational best practice safety and quality standards. Delivering agreed profit targets. Developing, agreeing and delivering Program and Operational Delivery team goals and objectives. Identifying opportunities for improvement and making constructive suggestions for change.
