Providing overall management for the site, your responsibilities would include: Providing leadership to your team to drive continuous improvement projects within the business; ensure finished goods are produced to specification, on time and to budget; and oversee general operations. Ensuring high levels of quality and operational efficiencies, managing internal quality standards, determining and planning department/plant requirements and reporting to management on production results. Identifying operational inefficiencies to develop improvement strategies and drive performance. Liaising with Sales to ensure opportunities are maximised and are deliverable. Ensuring quality and customer service performance indicators are achieved. Optimising the use of resources to minimise cost and maximise efficiency. Managing allocated project timelines and milestone achievements.
