The Office Manager is responsible for leading day-to-day office operations and providing executive and administrative support where required all the while bringing an upbeat flair to the office culture. Responsible for managing all office administration including collating data for reporting purposes, database maintenance distribution of mail, ordering of supplies and catering and general office maintenance. Assist with receptionist duties including answering phones, filing, photocopying, ensuring compliance and quality control of Head Office documents. Coordination of company events. Provide support to the CEO / Leadership Team, organising travel arrangements and reservations where required. Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding while managing attendance and seat allocation.
