National Sales Manager
Responsible for leading all sales and operational aspects of the sales team at a National level by providing high level leadership and management. Creating and implementing sales targets through goal setting. Developing strategies and plans to improve results. Developing the team through motivation, skills development, ongoing training and product knowledge. Leading the sales teams to ensure they were achieving their sales and individual targets and that company policy and procedure was followed. Conducting meetings in order to drive motivation, productivity and modification within the team. Ensuring all team members were well versed on the workflows and procedures relevant to the sales process.
