Key Responsibilities: Perform all aspects of engineering design in accordance with requirements as outlined by engineering director and/or customers including initial concept, design, analysis, and documentation. Creation of engineering drawings for manufacture including the management of vendors undertaking manufacturing. Management of engineering drawings and documentation, including review processes and ensuring effective version control. Complete engineering calculations and analysis of new and existing structures for example, selection/verification of appropriate structural members by conducting shear force and bending moment calculations. Maintain high quality standards across all engineering drawing activities. Assist in business development by leveraging business contacts and relationships.
