As a Maintenance Manager you will to develop the maintenance and engineering site plan. This role will have a key part to play in building the engineering capability and embedding best practice at a manufacturing site. Along with the fundamentals you would expect in a role of this nature: Ensuring all maintenance procedures and all equipment meet product safety requirements. Ensure all OH&S and environmental policies and procedures are adhered to. Plan, lead and organise the Maintenance & Engineering teams. Regularly review maintenance & engineering budget and control monthly spend. Preventative and planned maintenance scheduling. Manage and assist on capital projects, budgeting, and reporting. Manage engineering systems, processes, and documentation to ensure standards are adhered to and maintained.
