Working closely with the construction site teams and senior management, with a proactive approach to ensuring that health, safety and environment topics and issues are always the number one priority. Conduct regular site visits, and company HSW audits. Discuss with the site team and workers on-site issues observed. Educate and mentor site teams on matters HSW whilst on site. Liaise with site managers to co-host toolbox meetings after audits. Report and provide regular feedback on audit findings and site visits to senior management at scheduled debrief meetings. Assist site teams with site HSE issues. Train new project-related employees in the company’s processes and procedures to ensure competence.
