The Sales Director / Head of Sales is a highly strategic role. Responsibilities include developing and managing the execution of sales strategy, forecasts and budgets. Account management and business development strategy and coordination across the business. Development of existing and new market opportunities and increasing company brand recognising in the market. The identification, qualification and winning of new business to achieve agreed targets. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with the IT division in order to understand and maximise solutions. Prepare and execute influential solutions presentations to customers at all levels including the executive level. Identify, plan and execute capability improvement plans across the sales and design teams. Drive the development of the sales processes and structured needed to achieve the market strategy. Develop the skills and capability within the sales team that generates high performance.
