Primarily tasked with overseeing the on-site activities of the construction supervisors and project coordinators; a Construction Manager is also responsible for: Ensuring company processes and procedures are maintained and adhered to. Ensuring budgets are met at individual project level and with yearly projected financials. Managing invoicing targets and compliance to pre-planned works schedules. Ensuring high levels of customer service and experience are maintained. Upholding strict site behaviour standards and quality of site management. Overseeing the supplier and trade network and ensuring value in delivery is maintained. Conducting construction team meetings and site audits. Coordinating with broader management team to ensure seamless customer experience and common objectives are met and achieved.
