Closed Moulding Supervisor
This role will involve working with production teams to a tight schedule and advising in all trade and technical aspects of closed moulding and infusion manufacturing process.
1. Undertake and complete infusion and manufacturing processes of medium to large vessel components
2. Perform quality assurance supervision and inspection processes throughout the department to ensure products meet Riviera standards
3. Trouble shooting/ problem solving issues in production environment
4. Research, review & implement new technologies to enhance productivity, waste management etc.
Skills / Experience:
Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills enabling you to work with a strong team.
Excellent time & organisational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Very high-level attention to detail.
Broad knowledge of closed moulding/infusion systems and processes .
Study Pathway / Education Requirements:
Certificate III in Polymer Processing (Composite)
