Lead, develop and execute the change management strategies for the project. Implement change management plans. Manage project change communications and stakeholder engagement. Regular stakeholder meetings with opportunity for stakeholders to get project updates and give feedback. Review and assessment of each stakeholders position in relation to the project. Analysis and development of new operating models/future state processes. Perform business process mapping and implement change by proposing effective solutions and strategies. Develop frameworks and approaches for new operating models and change, ensuring stakeholder buy in and appropriate approvals. Coach leaders and project teams. Provide advice on training requirements.
