Business Development Manager
A Business Development Manager will lead the strategy and growth trajectory by identifying new business opportunities and improving service with existing customers. Forecasting across product ranges and support the pricing fundamentals to the market. Work closely with the sales team to grow revenue, margin and market share. Identify new customers through building sustainable relationships with key stakeholders. Research and investigate key industry projects for future business growth opportunities. Provide leadership, guidance and input into key customer supply proposals, quotes and tender submissions across the business. Strong ability to understand and uncover customer needs and transform these into improved product and service offerings.
