Responsibilities may include: Assessing project documentation for compliance with the applicable building legislation (e.g. BCA & Australian Standards). Facilitating the preparation of Building Approvals & Certificate of Classifications. Effective management of your own projects & clients, including the issue of compliance advice, attendance at client/site meetings, issue of approvals, and attendance at site inspections. Liaising with a range of stakeholders to achieve project deliverables, including architects, builders, project managers, & government authorities.
