The position of an Assistant Valuer mainly provides support through research and evaluation of property related data, and assistance with reporting requirements. Responsibilities include: Accompany and assist the team in undertaking property inspections, including measurements. Undertake research of comparable property sales and other relevant information. Assist with evaluation and data analysis including financial analysis and cash flow modelling. Contribution to the compilation of valuation reports, supported by appropriate commentary. Keeping internal databases updated. Monitor and highlight issues in relation to risk and compliance. Liaise with clients and external parties as required.
