This is a broad and encompassing role that will find you across the following responsibilities: Assisting the Acquisitions Team analyse, assess new sites, and undertake development feasibilities. Undertake detailed residential market analysis and prepare board papers to support acquisitions. Provide recommendations on forecast revenue and sales rate assumptions. General market research in various local geographies. Collate, coordinate and manage the acquisitions process to obtain board approval. Assist in the due diligence process of new businesses. Develop and maintain key relationships with agents, landowners, sales agents, and businesses to lead to new acquisition opportunities.
