As an Account Manager you will generate leads either through the company website enquiries or your own network and respond to tenders with the objective of growing the company’s top line profitability. Responsibilities include: Monitor the Company’s revenue generation and pinpoint ways to penetrate new markets. Work with other team members to generate leads and close new deals. Meet with existing customers to discuss their evolving needs and to enhance the quality of the company’s relationship with them. Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key clients. Manage your sales program by keeping an updated database using the company’s CRM system.
